Instead of having you call your computer guy who may or may not be an over charging crook. We will offer support for these issues by phone at a charge of $20.00 an hour to help you with these issues. We can charge this to your account or we can send you the bill by mail or email for you to handle it which ever way you want. We can take Most Credit Cards, Money orders, Checks, even cash in localized locations. Currently there are two locations: Dendron, Virginia and Ogemaw County, Michigan. | Now, You are probably asking okay what if our computer or peripherals are pooched where a technician has to come to our home, or you have to drop it off for the technician to fix? We have you covered there also. As for this we will only charge $40.00 an hour. This charge will be handled exclusively between you and the technician who does the job. FTHomeTech does not charge for this occurrence this is solely the technicians job and the technician will receive all proceeds on job completion.. As such Please call FTHomeTech at 1-989-896-3320 if one the technicians charges you more than the $40.00 rate for a house call or drop off repair or upgrade. So that if you are over charged per hour we can correct the issue immediately. This only covers Internet Connection or Web Hosting Customers. If you do not have an account with FTHometech as one of the above then it is the sole discretion of the technician you call to charge you what ever they feel is appropriate. | ||||||||||||||
